Meet Mollee Mioki!
Below is our newest family member, Mollee,
and her mommy, Mary (at right)!

Mjollee is the 5th kitten of 5Kittens.com!
We rescued a family of Himalayans who were lost when their family moved and left them behind. Obviously, people should board their cats during a move.  Himilayans need to stay with their mother for 3-4 months, but they’re incredibly loving. However, there are so many cats killed at shelters each year (7,000 at the Tacoma Humane Society in 2006 alone), I’d never buy a cat from a store or breeder, no matter how wonderful their reputation. I’m very happy to have Mjollee and two of my cats (Angel and Skittle) really like her, too! Mary and the other kittens also have good homes.

Below are some pictures of Tiko and Tera, Mollee’s brother and sister.

 Meet Dutch!
To the left are photos of the winning pup in our drawing for photo services during the September 2007 Harbor Hounds fundraising event in Gig Harbor, Washington. As a vendor and sponsor, fees went to support the Peninsula Spay and Neuter Project, the Prison Pet Partnership Program (which trains guide-dogs for handicapped people), and the local Rotary. Our cat and dog photos drew a lot of attention! Over 50 people signed up to win a portrait of their pet!
At this session with “Dutch”, two cats and their humans were also photographed. We also took a bunch of ‘fun’ photos for this family, too!
